I am absolutely impressed with the customer service here today! I get my cars serviced here, and everyone is always so helpful and nice. Great atmosphere for waiting around while your car is serviced. I've been looking for a car for a few weeks. I wanted a specific type of car, and I'm spoiled, so I wanted a lot of options. Something good on gas, and that has a big enough trunk for my husband's wheelchair. I wanted a certain amount of miles or less and a specified age range. They came through. And when I left, there was NOT ONE number off or one I not dotted or one T crossed. Everything was exactly as promised and what I asked for. No bullying! Love how well all the guys work together to make out visit stress free. Yes, it took a while, but that's a given when buying anything big nowadays

I was visiting Cedar Rapids and noticed lights indicating my alternator was about to fail. The team at John Deery Nissan got me in for a repair estimate, gave me options for trade/purchase without being too pushy, and ultimately got my Pathfinder fixed so I could continue my travels. What could have been super stressful, was a bump in the road. No doubt I found the best service department in town. 10 out of 10 for both service and sales. These guys were Minnesota nice!
