Pickup was fast and effortless, the car was spotless and ready to go, and return was just as smooth. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They value your time and treat you like a VIP every time. Highly recommended — A+++!

Everything was great with the rental even the salesperson was really cool and understanding. My issue was that I didn't read the fine print and that the rental could not go into the state of Louisiana. My whole point was to go home (Louisiana) with the rental so needless to say I had to park it on the outskirts of Mississippi and rent another car in Louisiana. It was a waste of a week rental. So PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE UNLIMITED MILES DOES NOT MEAN UNLIMITED STATES!

When I initially booked the rental car, I was quoted a total price of $202 for all charges. However, on the day of pickup, I was informed that the cost would actually be $537. At that point, it was too late to make alternative arrangements, so I felt forced to proceed and pay more than double the original amount. To make matters worse, the car broke down halfway through our trip. When we contacted the company for assistance, they were unable to locate our reservation and the office we booked through would not answer the phone. Because they claimed they could not verify our booking, they refused to send any help. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and I am very dissatisfied with this company.

When flying into GSP, you need to know that the car rental companies officially close at midnight. If you provide your airport info, they will sometimes wait for you if you’re delayed. I’ve had 2 instances where I was left looking for an uber at 1am bc their employees left. Also trying to get someone on the phone there is nearly impossible. Well, Callie at Thrifty picked up the phone! She was nothing but polite and extremely helpful. She told me she would stay until 3qm and would be tracking our flight. We arrived just after 2am. She was there - and even at 2:05 am- nothing but pleasant and polite. She was awesome and can’t thank her enough for exceptional service.
