Dollar Car Wash

Went around 7pm on a weekday and 3 bays were available at the time. Everything’s working as intended on the bay I was in. I used tokens. Rates are reasonable I guess, $5 for 6 minutes minimum or you can do $10 for 14 minutes like I did for the whole wash and air dry. Oh and don’t be surprised if people come up asking if you need help with drying or detailing for $$. Just say no, if you’re not interested. They’re nice.

I used to love coming to this car wash but their prices have gone up and you get less time for your money now. Their equipment is poorly maintained so you might get a bay with broken nozzles with duct tape on them or half of the options on the wall are out of order including the credit card swiper. They’re not as competitive as other similar car washes that have good quality soaps and Armor All protectant. So sad to see a good car wash fall off due to neglect. I won’t be coming back anymore

Friends and I would always swing by to wash our vehicles here and always thought it was a decent self serve carwash until this morning. Came by and I usually pay 20$ to wash my car, the machine charged me twice and I payed 40$, when I called customer service, this man named “Enrique” answered and I told him what my issue was stating he could look into the cameras if needed to check the time. He said he can’t do nothing about it and acted very bold through the phone as if he was having a crappy day, which seems pretty absurd when I could pay $40 and have someone wash it for me elsewhere. Not sure if he is the owner of this place or just a worker, I’d hope it’s just a worker. Not satisfied and surely will not be coming back to this place.

Charged me $20 for less than 5 minutes of use. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I didn’t authorize that much. Definitely not worth it but I see a lot of bad reviews just like mine saying they over charge. Typical stealing money
