Dominion Car Wash - Petersburg

This car wash station is my go to place being here in Virginia for a short time. It’s actually very well maintained! The nozzles are great, the brushes looked brand new, the vacuums did their job and the curb appeal shows it’s very well kept up. I’d say this place is a hidden gem tucked away. My only recommendation (not enough to lose a star) a bit more pressure.

Went to the carwash to wash my truck on 5/21/2025. Everything was fine until about 4 pm I noticed a gray car with a red decal on the window just sitting in the wash bay while I was at the vacuum a younger male then exited the car acting suspicious with short braids walking towards my truck with a kitchen knife with a green handle in his hand with some sort of rag wrapped around it to try and conceal it. I then changed my position and either he noticed me seeing him or he seen the traffic passing by and turned and went back to his car. I quickly loaded my stuff up and left. Prior to this happening my washing experience was great. But because of this instance I could never recommend this carwash. I do not know if the area is a dangerous area as I am a travel nurse from Texas. As a precauti

A very clean environment. All of the cleaning equipment was working properly. I highly recommend this business to take care of your vehicle's cleaning needs!

Vacuums are powerful and gets the job done, wash area is good also. Not very spacious though, can't really detail your vehicle good if it's busy.

You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find a working car wash in Virginia. I’m giving them five stars. How convenient they take quarters, tokens and credit cards.😀
