Bought my 2019 Chevy equinox from don franklin in somerset. I can take it to Russell Springs for all my maintenance and care. That’s great for me cause I live in Jamestown.Russell springs guys does a great job. Scott Hadley is one of the guys that cares for my car.

The service was less than stellar. The staff made my wife question what we needed done for our vehicle. We drove from Columbia to get this kind of service. No thanks we will go to our local shop for much better service.

Service dept think his name is Luke was very very rude! He tried to bully us into something and when we didn’t agree or pushed back he became such a smart a$$ and when came to pick up our car he was very short on what they done to fix it! Highly recommend somerset don franklin they r a lot nicer and even cheaper on oil changes than Russell springs
