My experience at Hometown Tire was fantastic. They got me the tires I needed within 2 days and the price was unbeatable. Not only that, but they took the time to show me several issues going on with my car and advice on how to handle them. They also took the time to fix one of those issues which was unrelated to the tire service, for no extra charge. There was no pressure or sales tactics. They were honest and genuinely good people. 10/10 recommend.

Dropped off my pickup this morning (79 GMC) for a front end alignment and was greeted by what I assume was a shop hand and not the normal counter person. Was not happy with the encounter. After being doubted when asked if all front end parts were good and tight, and repeatedly being told that “I’m sure something’s loose” I began to doubt the abilities of who I was talking to. If I hadn’t already invested so much time in dropping off an exchange car the day prior I would have walked back out with my keys and went elsewhere. As someone that also works in the public eye as well as turning wrenches in the shop to make the magic happen, people skills are the number one reason for growth or loss in business.
