Went to get a battery and alternator test done, Tristen was the person who helped with that, he said the battery was not getting charge, i asked if the alternator was bad, he said im not saying yes and im not saying no, i told him i would start things out with buying a new battery, i bought one and asked if he could put it on, I told him since it was cold out he didn't have to do that, that i would find someone who would do it, he said he would do it, he got the battery in and everything checked to be good... Just want to give a big thanks to him for helping in my time of need... This guy is a hard worker and didn't complain about doing the job nor did he complain while putting the battery in...

These guys are exceptional and knowledgeable, most of them are over 50 and have worked on vehicles their whole lives and know about all a man can know, they've helped me more times than I can count.

Had some rotors cut here... they were not done correctly , under spec and shook the truck worse than prior. Ended up getting some new ones from CARQUEST. No more shimmy or shakes. Of course I had to do the job twice which on a dually is a lot more work. Tried to call the store and get a refund. Ended up playing phone tag and never getting anyone to address the issue. Called the credit card company and filed a dispute. Now im out $60 , and all my time for doing a job twice. Yes...they charge $30 EACH to cut a rotor...ridiculous
