Quincy Roland was my customer experience advocate. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and a hand shake. I told Quincy what truck I was interested in and off we went. He was very knowledgeable since he had the same make of truck. I told Quincy that I has others to look at and it happened to be at other Don Hattan dealerships. First time on the lot and I arrived about 15 minutes before opening on a very cold and wet Saturday morning. Mike Taylor came out and greeted me very professionally and was willing to jump in to see what my needs were. Not only was the lot clean but the level of service was above standards. I’m a call center supervisor so customer service means the world to me. This was my first stop of the day and Mike made it my last with his amazing service, great humor, knowledge of the vehicles and getting the right deal that met my needs. Would recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone I know.
