Take 5 Oil Change

I originally went to the Rock Rd location, but they were missing some items needed for my vehicle. They immediately called to verify that the Derby location would have what I needed. When I got to Derby, they had EVERYTHING ready to go for my car. They were very thorough in explaining everything, and having full transparency. Even the time it took to move locations was faster than if I would've taken the car to any other company. Thanks again, guys!

This place is awesome! Yes, you pay a little more, but in and out as quick as it was is definitely worth a couple extra dollars. They are very process oriented and the team was very efficient. Very friendly too! I'll definitely be coming back!

I would start by saying these guys were very courteous and polite. They are nice guys but have failed in the proficiency of changing the oil on the '21 Tahoe I refer to in this review. My son in law is deployed and we visited our daughter to help her with various tasks around the house. She has 3 littles under 5. I noticed an oil leak on her car and found the filter loose. (Not from work Take 5 had performed.) I tightened it as best I was able but it still had an oil leak. I took it to Take 5 and David and Brad changed the oil. I explained why it was there and they shrugged off any oil leak being present. I paid after they extended a 25% discount cost was $130. (Fair) When back at the house I noticed it was still leaking and deduced that the leak must not be the oil filter or plug as it wa

First time I have had my vehicle serviced at the location In Derby Ks. I was greeted by a gentleman who referred to me as "big man". He then asked me to pop the hood on my 2020 F-150. After several moments of fumbling around, he was unable to figure out how to work the hood latch. I got out of my vehicle and opened the hood for him. He continued to address me as "big man". I felt this to be disrespectful and unprofessional. Once Inside, the same technician didn't know where the drain plug was located on a ford pickup. While sitting in my vehicle listening to the other employee explain the procedure of how to remove the drain plug on a ford vehicle, it was not very reassuring. Again was contacted by the first employee and was again referred to as "big man" I'm 5-10..so I don't thin

Very fast oil change. We've gotten our wipers and filters replaced here, too. They're super transparent about what they're doing and what they offer as well as their prices. Love that there's no surprises. Company sends out coupons too, which is awesome. Everyone here has been super friendly and I love it!
