Gerber Collision & Glass

Totally disappointed considering I have a nice car! I had to take my car there twice and still need a third visit due to headlight still not right. Mind you I live 40 min out of town so it cost me gas and money each trip. I’m not sure what manager would say this passes inspection, I don’t do body work and can tell this isn’t quality work. Maybe it’s cause I’m female I don’t know but I do know my car and it is a RS not a SS guess they thought I wouldn’t notice. I wrote review late only cause I didn’t want bad treatment for my review. I’m still having issues with my headlight just trying to find time to take my car back to get it fixed. Overpriced for the quality of work done.

I was very surprised and flabbergasted! My car was repaired there there a few months back and I recently noticed there's still tape around the window. I tried to remove the tape but it left sticky stuff. So I took my vehicle to the office and I was thinking I was going to make an appointment. However, the lady who worked there takes me out to my car and tries to peel the tape off. It won't come. So she tells me I need to go home and use a plastic scraper to get it off. Possibly a credit card and also that I could use a WD-40 or b. Rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer? I thought they might have some easy way of taking it off and it shows me that if I'm spending money I get treated better.

Horrible treatment by a ‘new manager’ (?). My teenage son has saved money to buy a project car, shortly after the purchase he was in a fender bender that damaged the front of the car. Someone at Gerber looked at the car, and told my son if he can find the replacement parts on his own, then Gerber would do the work on the car for $1600-2000. Maybe he was doing my kid a favor, seeing a teenager passionate about cars and trying to do his best to fix up the car he loved. So, my son worked extra and saved money, tracked down the parts, and called Gerber to bring the car and parts in. The car was dropped off three weeks ago. Today, we checked in with Gerber for an update since it’s been three weeks. The ‘new manager’ was rude and said the new estimate on the car was not completed yet but was exc

I don't recommend this company to anyone. I went to try to understand the absurd charge to repair small damage to my car and she called the police for me. They charged $6000 to put 3 or 4 new plastics back in my car. As my deductible was 1000 dollars he invented these extremely absurd values and I still need to pay them another $1000. The woman is debauched and unbearable, she always answers with a sarcastic smile on her face. Disgusting service and rotten service. She will reap the fruits of your terrible service in court because I recorded everything.

Hit a deer on a Saturday evening. They have a estimate scheduler online so I had a Monday noon appointment. They could get to me in a week. We were going to Colorado with our camper that week. They told me to have it to them the next day by noon and they would have it done by Friday so we could still make our trip. Service was fabulous and great communication throughout the process.
