Excellent and prompt service for my check engine light on my RAM 1500. It turned out to not be a big deal and they just charged me for my oil change. My service advisor Christina offered the usual cabin air filter change and bright the filter to inspect, but was also honest that it’s an easy thing for me to do myself. Didn’t feel pressured at all and she went above and beyond to answer all my maintenance questions. I’m very happy to see an honest dealership that isn’t ripping people off. Would absolutely bring my RAM here again.

Scheduled an oil change online while traveling through town. Everything done in 30 minutes. Everyone I talked to was great, nothing to complain about there. I got a free inspection of the car, which I initially thought was great. Well, when I got back to my camp spot I realized that the “free inspection” was just for show. My rear wiper blade was marked as good, while literally hanging on by a thread… See attached pictures. That means that the rest of the sheet isn’t worth anything, the tech obviously didn't even walk around the car. Did they even change the oil or did they just reset the setting…?
