You know, I'm not sure about all these amazing reviews. Was scheduled in Ocober for electrical work, rescheduled to November, they called to reschedule, didn't get in until December, claim "can't find phone number" when wanted prepayment for parts, wanted double diagnosis fee to fix concerns listed upon intake. The only diagnosis that was made was the diagnosis I gave them for the first concern. Short: charge for what I told them, actually diagnose nothing. At that point I just paid the fee and pulled the car. The parts they wanted to replace were half price at the parts store. They wanted to charge a credit card fee too. Short, they nickel and dime you, while claiming no knowledge of prior conversations. Is their work good? Well, its like California. None of their fees are the highest

Great Service! Got the job done when others couldn’t. Nice to see something looking new on my truck and have working 4x4 again after my front differential was rebuilt at Meyer Mechanic Service. Also brought car in to install new blower motor so at least I have a beater with a heater for a commuter.

Dean is a trusted mechanic which says a lot. I took my Jeep in for an inspection and he sent videos of everything that was wrong with it and fixed it in a timely manner. His secretary is a sweetheart and does an amazing job.

I can't say enough about the incredible service from Dean! My truck broke down on the side of the road during a long drive, and I was dreading working with the dealership who couldn't get in for a diagnostic for 2 weeks. But our tow truck driver recommended this shop and as soon as he dropped my vehicle off, Dean was all over it. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in less than a week! Krystal, the receptionist, kept me informed every step of the way, and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
