The best customer service experience I've ever had. The team went way above and beyond when they didn't have to and stayed after hours to really save my situation. I had a flat tire after 4 pm on a Saturday coming down Whitefish Mountain with no spare for my car. The guys stayed late, came and got the wheel and shredded tire from my location, came back and mounted it so I could continue back home to Missoula with 3 kids in the car. Forever grateful for their willingness to help and the service provided after hours on a Saturday. Thank you thank you.

We signed up online for the 9 am drop off service. We signed up online months and weeks before the day of service, arrived at 9:00 am on the dot, dropped off our van and were then told that we would not be prioritized over people that came and stood inline before 9 am. A neighbor that stood in line received their car around noon. Our was not completed until 7 pm that night. We came the next day to pick it up and the battery was dead because they left the lights on over night, and so when I asked to give some feedback to the manager, Jeremiah, whom the assistant manager, Aaron recommended I not because Jeremiah wasn't as nice as he was. Dropped my car off to get a flat looked at/issues with low tire pressure. Was in and out of there and under 30 minutes and the most incredible gentleman helped me and replaced my valves tire caps as well!! Didn’t even charge me ! this is exactly why I will always give this place my business and refer everybody here! 10/10!! Honestly

This place is amazing. Ten stars. Wonderful people, incredible service, and expertise that was as speedy as it was personal. I rolled in with a tire issue on my Q5 and the team got me in, diagnosed the problem, solved it, and had me on my way in no time. Can’t recommend them enough.

Jeremiah and the entire crew at the Whitefish location ate awesome! I take all of my fleet and person vehicles to them for all of my tire, alignment and other services they provide. Been a client there since they opened.
