Don Lee's Tire & Auto

Don Lee's replaced my AC, which entails a good amount of labor. They kept me informed as work was being done. When the major part proved defective, they got another one as quickly as possible. As the delay resulted in additional day at shop and I was having difficulty finding a ride, they came and picked me up when car was ready, above and beyond what I expected. And my AC is working great.

My car was having transmission issues and I took it somewhere that took days to look at my car and told me I would need a whole new transmission. I took it to Don Lee’s for a second opinion and was very happy! They quickly found the problem without just telling me the scrap the whole transmission. I also got a thorough inspection of my whole car in the process and a print out of all that. They were also able to get it done before they projected. Don Lee’s is the easiest I have ever had to deal with a car place! I will be back!

Came here with a vague problem with my truck. Thought it was one thing. They didn’t fix what I thought it was and send me on my way. I have found it harder and harder as the years go by the find an auto place that is honest and trustworthy. Today I had an appointment at Done lees off lake Woodard road. This was my second time using them. So happy I did. They take care of their customers and the cars. First time I came they used their diagnostic machine to go through and let me know what my car needed and would need in the future. I found this very helpful and cost effective. Today I had my car inspected. I made an appointment online. So easy. I thought I needed an oil change and they let me know I didn’t need one quite yet. Which was very honest of them and saved me money. I will continue to use them for future car maintenance and repairs.

I went to get a car inspection, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and polite. The service was quick and efficient I was in and out in no time. The facility was also super clean and well-organized. If you ever need a last-minute car inspection, I’d definitely recommend coming here. 10/10 experience!
