Dotten Collision

I took in my truck to get fixed. They were nice to explain how going through insurance worked and what to expect. They said they only do it one way... the right way. And that's when the disappointment began. Progressive took longer to inspect which had nothing to do with the shop. After it was done, I took delivery of the fixed truck. The painted tow hook was scuffed and needed to be touched up after I mentioned it. After I got home, I noticed the tonneau cover was put on incorrectly. A week later, someone brought to my attention the running light was out, which I don't put on the shop. It happens. But when I took off the tail light that they fixed to change the bulb, the paint was stuffed up in a couple of places. I took it to them and the guy said they were out of touch up paint and need

Picked this place after a hit and run because of the glowing reviews and proximity to my home, and would 100% recommend them. Incredibly nice to work with, paint matched perfectly, and they were done a day before estimate. 100/10

I have taken both my cars here and they absolutely amazing you can drop your car off when you are ready and they get it done with great timing keeps up to date info with what’s going on and just amazing people to deal with will continue to come back here if needed
