Steve was fantastic! Highly recommend!! Customer service as exceptional! Super nice and friendly. He used tekmetric to text me my diagnostics, I was able to see picture and a video of exactly what was wrong along with an estimate as well. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Steve and his crew at Wear Master are the best! My family has been going to then for over 3 years and he has always been the cheapest in the area and most transparent when it comes to pricing! Always provide quality service and are super timely when it comes to fixing/diagnosing your car! Most of the time if I drop it off in the morning, I’ll have an idea of what’s wrong with it by that afternoon and it’ll be fixed the next day! Highly recommend!!!!

My 4 star review is solely based on manager Steve Bertalan's customer service, that is second to none. However I was very disappointed at the lack of customer loyalty from Wear Master. I'm a senior on a fixed income. My daughter purchased an oil change package for us. When I went to pick up my car. I noticed a sign on the lawn in front of the bldg. The price for full synthetic was reduced quite a bit. I paid the difference Between standard and full synthetic at the higher price. Rather than offering an adjustment in price for being a loyal customer. I was told, policy. I spent 45 years in management. It was my loyal customers that had been putting food on my table. If you’re looking for the customer happiest with service at Wear Master you’ve come to the right review. The owner Steve is kind, compassionate, truthful, and just a good person. He has helped us out numerous times with an old car that kept breaking down. Fixed it when we needed to and let us know when it was time to cut ties and get a new car. He recommended new car options when the time came down to it. I have told Steve many times and I’ll say it here. He has us as loyal customers for life now, even if we move out of Madison Heights in the future. If you’re looking for a good honest car mechanic, Wear Master is the place to go.

Get a shop that leaves you thinking about the above and beyond service you received, for more than 2 weeks. I brought my car in to get serviced on 9/18, and was absolutely amazed by the quality, communication, and professionalism by both Steve and the tech Brandon (if I remember his name correctly) If you have any doubts of finding the right mechanic, this is your place.
