We brought our 2009 Saturn Vue AWD in, the muffler was rotted out and it was Very loud. Dave was courteous and explained how parts were discontinued long ago, which I expected. He promised to try to find what was needed and do what was possible. The 3.6L V6 has dual exhaust with stainless tips. They found the muffler and transfered the outlets. We brought the Vue in at 11am Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday 2pm ( Dave called at noon). The job looks and sounds great (Very Quiet). Drop off, contact from Dave to explain repair and cost (about $400). We feel that we got what we paid for Quiet, Quality and Quick. Pick-up from service was a snap. We are 5-star satisfied. I recently brought my vehicle into Madison Muffler after struggling to fix a corroded exhaust flange myself. The bolts were completely seized, and I just didn’t have the tools to get the job done. Thankfully, Dave and his crew stepped in and took care of everything, removing the stubborn bolts, installing a new gasket and hardware, and getting my car back to running quiet and smooth. Dave even took the time to explain that this is a common issue with Chevy and GMC models, which gave me peace of mind. Very friendly and reasonably priced compared to other mechanics in the area. My car was repaired within 24 hours of drop off (flex pipe and axle shaft). Will be using them going forward.

I came in today for brakes and a mysterious loud noise coming from my exhaust. When I came in to pick it up, David told me he saw that I had been in previously with the last car I owned for the same issue (flex pipe) and took it off my bill, which saved me a good deal of money!
