DOUBLE D TOWING

I’ve been a loyal AAA member for over 10 years and have always had positive experiences with their tow truck drivers—until today. My car broke down on the side of the road, and I called AAA for assistance. Ted from DD’s Towing showed up and was immediately rude and completely lacking in customer service. He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask any questions—just pulled up recklessly and barked, “Where are the keys?” His demeanor was aggressive, grunting and acting more like an animal than a professional. As a woman stranded on the side of the road, this was a scary and uncomfortable situation, made worse by Ted’s behavior. Thankfully, my friend arrived and stayed with me, because I would never have felt safe getting into that truck alone with him. When he delivered my car, he was about

Ted was a 10 star MVP and saved our day! I was connected with the company via AAA. Ted had called me to let me know ETA and helped get me out of a difficult spot. Called to get details on a tow and was put on hold and the lady never came back on the line. Disappointed in the service from them. Also I'm sure my number came up on the caller ID and they still didn't call me back!!!!!
