I came here needing a part of my exterior replaced and my door fixed. When I showed up they fixed my door on the spot and promptly scheduled my repair. They worked with my insurance without hassle and were super fast in their service!!!! Also very polite and friendly people.

I had some bad deer damage to resolve - I randomly selected them on State Farm's map of body shops in the area and could not be more grateful to have made the choice to go through them. Outstanding communication and a great experience getting a loaner vehicle. This team takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make your car look like new when they return it to you. Our entire lower car was scratched by turkeys. Doug’s shop repaired the damage and completed the service 5 days ahead of schedule. The car was repaired and painted and returned to us looking like a brand new car! It was detailed inside and out. We were informed of progress while it was worked on and the shop was very accommodating to our schedule. We were very pleased with the entire experience and definitely recommend Doug’s Auto Body.
