Doug’s Auto Tune has a winning team - across the board - and we’re so lucky we chose them to provide urgent repairs to our car, initially based only on their top-level online reviews. I took my mazda in for headlight replacement today. The service was quick and there is no hassel at all. The front desk and mechanic is very familiar with the car and the exact works needed. A lot of other places i called either quoted absurd price or is not familiar with the vehicle at all. I was also charged cheaper price because it is completed earlier. This is a great shop and I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for helping out today!

This was my first visit to Doug's to fix an oil leak in my engine. My experience with Josh from the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the pick up was superb! I even received a proper tutorial at the end on how to monitor the oil level. I hope I don't have to be back, but if I do, Doug's will be my first choice. I also love the location - walking distance to a car rental place.

Sorry for the odd username! I tried to switch it, but it didn't cooperate. I have gone to Doug's a few times since it was recommended to me, and they have been courteous and knowledgeable, and get repairs done quicklyeach time. However, this latest time, they went above and beyond. I took my car in this week for what I thought was just a coolant leak, but turned out to be a cascade of problems with my old car all coming up at once, and I could not get them all fixed. (Economy's tight, you know?) I had intended to just drive my car home and then decide what to do with it, but with the issues it still had, it didn't make it out of the parking lot. These guys are awesome. You just know you’re in good hands with them. Tony and Josh are the kind of guys you just want to like you. Honest mechanics that do great work, and give better advice. They helped save me a couple grand by pulling some strings to get my transmission fixed by Eastside Subaru under factory warranty when I didn’t even purchase from them.
