I was nervous to purchase a car as I never had before, and he made the whole process extremely simple and easy. Also, he doesn’t add on any unnecessary fees that you will often find at brokerages and dealerships. Overall, I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car there and would recommend it to others as well.

I give M&R Auto Sales in Kirkland a full 5 out of 5 stars. Mike runs a one-person operation, but his care and integrity surpass those of many larger dealerships. He truly prioritizes connecting people with the right car over just making a sale. He even went out of his way to pick me up from home when I had no ride to his office on the day I decided to make the purchase. I was initially hesitant for days, as spending thousands on a car can be nerve-wracking, but I'm confident I made the right decision. I was hesitant because the last vehicle I owned had lasted for 23 years, and I wanted to find the same quality and dependability in my next purchase. I believe I have. Mike made the experience feel like I had a trusted relative in the car business looking out for me.

I initially went because of the great reviews. When I arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly and even more enthusiastic about explaining everything. He reminded me of details I might have missed and thoroughly explained the advantages of each car. All the cars here seemed so well-maintained that it felt like all I had to do was pick a model. At first, I was planning to buy a Subaru, but a Honda Insight had just arrived. Since I’ve always wanted to own a Honda since I was young, I decided on the Insight. The price was also set at a very reasonable rate. It’s been a month since I purchased the car, and it’s running perfectly. When I buy my next car, I definitely want to come back here! Thank you M&R!
