Downingtown Collision

Was referred to Downingtown Collison from a local mechanic friend and had THE BEST experience. Cassandra was amazing at communication which i feel like you never get with car people. She always kept me up to date and in the loop. Was great at explaining the process - brought car in after an accident & was dealing with insurance. Tim, the owner, is awesome and I so appreciate the shop’s integrity to fix the car right no matter what insurance was trying to get me to do. Would 10/10 reccomend taking your car here. Especially for Mercedes vehicles.

Always drove past this place, noticed it's always full of cars to be repaired. Just assumed it was great until I was recommended to get my car damage from being t boned. From start to finish everyone I met was completely honest with me. Something you NEVER expect from a car repair shop! What they were doing and planning to do was broken down to me in a way that I could completely understand without making me feel like an idiot! All my questions were answered and I would fully recommend this repair shop for anyone who needs service!! Unfortunately I can only show you the damage to my car and not the repair... it was totaled due to the impact I sustained.

All of the five-star reviews for this place are no fluke. Its tough to find honest businesses and even tougher to find people that take pride in their work, you will find both here. Cassandra dealt with my insurance basically start to finish, absolving me of that responsibility. Tim made sure that all the work was done correctly and my car looked brand new. If you're shopping for a collision place, things are likely not the best, Tim/Cassandra & the crew here will make your life about as easy as possible.

Cassandra and the team were AMAZING! We brought our car there for repairs after being in a minor accident. They helped us navigate through the entire process and dealt with the other party's insurance. They took very good care of us from the beginning to the end. Very good experience and would definitely recommend Downingtown Collision!

Every experience I’ve had with DTOWN Collision has been fantastic. They are so honest and their work is high quality. One time I had them look at a very minor bumper issue and they had someone come out of the garage and fix the problem immediately and wouldn’t take any money for it.
