This shop is the best you'll find. Steve and the guys up front are so friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They won't push anything that you don't want done and are upfront about any or all issues they find. No nonsense BS. No trying to sell you for "Blinker fluid" or a bad "flux capacitor". I've had multiple things worked on with all of my cars and they knock it out every time. They take on any job I send them and I'm never left disappointed. I send all my family and friends there. My only shop for my vehicles!

These guys were great, Steve took very good care of me and went above and beyond to get a bearing pressed on an axle shaft for my Toyota 4Runner on a very busy day. I feel much safer driving with my 2 children now that I don’t have a leaking axle seal pouring on my brakes and a potential wheel bearing failure thanks to Steve and the shop. Downriver Springs exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated my truck like it was their own. I took my car to Downriver Spring for a second opinion. I was told by Southgate Honda that my headgasket was blown. My suspicious husband who knows a lot about engines, suspected a false diagnosis. He changed the spark plugs, inspecting each one for antifreeze leaks and they were fine other than just needing to be changed as i have 113,000 miles on the car. My car has run perfectly since he changed the spark plugs. I took it to Downriver Spring for a professional second opinion. They confirmed my husbands suspicions. Head gasket is not blown. They did a great thorough inspection on my CRV and found everything to be in good condition. They also put struts on my car in September and were great at that too.
