Paul is the MAN!!!!! I would give this man and this company 20/5 stars if I could. They are not only professionals and do great work but they are also very kind and so helpful. My husband got stranded and needed a new alternator and Paul did EVERYTHING he could to help him and get his car fixed and back on the road so quickly. I am so eternally grateful for you Paul and I wish I could scream how great you are to everyone!! Truly shouldn’t even consider another shop than this one!!! Best shop in town!!!!

Paul was fantastic. He got me in the same day I called and had my truck finished that afternoon. He was also super patient and professional with me. I called him about 4 or 5 times, every time with a new question or concern, and he politely addressed each one. I’d definitely recommend!

Our truck's drive shaft went out on the mountain and when we made it down to Buffalo we found Paul first. Thank goodness!! Not only did he give us the names and numbers of two towing companies he said he'd take care of our truck. He went above and beyond helping us with many things. We live in Sundance and had to leave our truck there waiting to be fixed. He kept us informed along the way, worked with our warranty company and got it fixed quickly! If we could give him 10 stars we sure would. Will be going back to him for even our basic oil changes when we come back. Thanks so much!!

Lost my heater core in my work truck and sat in different mechanics yard for 2 weeks. Asked Paul how far out he was, said drop it off and ill get it done. One day later on the road again. My business will continue to use Downtown Auto and diesel. Transparent, honest and very reliable.

Great experience, Paul got me in very quick and got my car done in one day. My boyfriend will be using this business moving forward, as well. Would absolutely recommend!
