Wash Me Car Wash

This car takes your money but fails wash your car. 6-1-2024. No answer the phone when I called to get a refund. I have 3 days in a row with no answer. Terrible way to run a business.

Over the years I have attempted to give this business my patronage and every time I regret doing so. The automatic carwash never works correctly, the wash it yourself bays are expensive and are poor at best, the vacuums have no suction and the gas prices are the highest in town. Complaints have been made, but they obviously fall on deaf ears or they do not care. One would think that with so much wrong, they would at least attempt to make things better. They will never get my business again.

The "Ultimate " wash option got my vehicle pretty clean, considering the fact that it hadn't been washed in over a month and I drive over 10 miles of gravel/muddy roads almost daily. On my most recent use of the automatic bay, ( April 19, 2022 ) the right side sprayer arm didn't seem to have as much water pressure as the left side did, so the passenger side didn't get as clean as the driver side did.

Terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. Bought an $8 deluxe wash and it charged my card but never actually gave me a wash. Wasn't working. Did the manual wash and the bill feeder kept rejecting my bills so my time ran out before I got to rinse. I then ran my card in the reader and it gave me 10 minutes of time and I have no idea how much I was actually charged for it. Awful

Just put $8 in the automatic car wash and it doesn’t work. Can’t get money back. Rang the phone number for problems and guess what , it doesn’t connect. No one around at 8:45 in the morning. Find another one in town. It’s not worth it.
