Stopped in late Monday with a DEF problem. Alyssa Mosco assisted us in scanning for codes. Once unable to find a code she got one of the techs that Fix the problem. In the meantime my wife was in the showroom with her little dog she was offered water for the dog and for us also. Very impressed with the service much appreciated your quick help as we were on our way through to Canada. Definitely recommend this dealership

Wow. Just Wow. Passing through Hope, going home to Texas, my wife and I hit something on I 30 that shredded our tire and broke the wheel. The Service Manager and the Manager provided a loaner vehicle to get us home. They also ordered the warranted wheel and tire, installed the same, brought our vehicle home to us, and picked up their loaner. Words fall empty describing their intensity to provide stellar customer service. Absolutely Incredible! Thanks Mike, Jerry, Wendi, Jason, David, and anyone else I may have missed or was apart of this great effort!!!!! God Bless you all.

Don’t come to this place expecting to negotiate you might end up dealing with an arrogant General Manager. As a customer, I should never overhear the GM saying, “Why are they still in here”???? with an attitude. He even slammed on his glass office window to get a salesperson’s attention simply because I questioned the trade-in value. The whole incident shows exactly what kind of GM he is and how he treats his employees. Good reason why the place was EMPTY And i did sale my “40,000 dollar pickup” for 48k MR GM

My review is actually about the parts department. I was traveling through Hope Arkansas when my vehicle through a belt. I called the dealership to see if they had the part, they didn't have one in stock, but checked the local autoparts stores and found one. The gentleman who help local the belt, came and gave my husband a ride to the auto part store. He went out of his way to help a complete stranger and it was very much appreciated I wish I could give them mote than 5 stars
