Have to say this company went above and beyond great service! Truck and trailer in tote, already called my AAA who went from 30 min to over 4 hour wait time. Was concerned since they pick up vehicles and impound so I called directly to ask if I would be ok. They understood and were very helpful. Waited longer for AAA, and finally cancelled. Called them back and they were there to help in 15 minutes. Best customer and road side service I have ever dealt with!

The service is unmatched. Shredded my tire on Highway 27 and Becky was on site in less than 30 minutes. She hooked me up quickly and got me off of the highway. If I’m ever in Polk County and have another issue, I’m not calling anybody else except for Downtown Tow!

They have taken my car wrongfully a couple of times, I always have to contact the hoa or cdd to take and get my money back, but it is pretty bothersome to have to deal with them. They are opportunistic and malicious.

My car has been wrongfully take by them two times already, and they constantly change business names to deal with lawsuits and bad reviews. Disgusting behavior.

Rebecca was the BEST person ever to solve a problem, VERY honest, answer my call and/or call me back always, keeps me informed, and solved my issue perfectly and very fast. Thank you Downtown Town!!!!!!!
