Dr. Bimmer (BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce Specialists)

Dr. Bimmer went above and beyond in performing the extensive work needed to get my vehicle up and running again. Their team took the time to thoroughly assess the issues, communicate their recommendations, and ensure that the repairs were done correctly. Although we experienced some initial miscommunication, they handled it with complete professionalism and resolved everything quickly and graciously. What stood out most was their honesty, integrity, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a company that not only takes pride in the quality of their work but also values building trust with their clients. Dr. Bimmer is truly a stand-up business, and I am grateful for the care and attention they provided throughout the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr.

Took my 2018 X3 M40i to Dr Bimmer to get 5 things fixed to keep my BMW running well. Used Zach who is a great technician and one I trust exclusively with my vehicle. One of the few places where you can talk with your technician and go over the plan to fix the vehicle and then talk about how the maintenance went after it was completed. Also spoke with the owner who provided great insight to what I wanted done. It was an excellent experience and my car runs really well.

We were traveling from Northern Michigan to Arizona. 25 miles outside of Memphis came a dashboard warning about battery not charging properly. The next morning I called Dr. Bimmer and explained the situation. They said they would get it in that day, run diagnostic tests and fix what was needed. Turned out the serpentine built for the alternator had shredded off. They replaced that along with a new battery (mine had never been replaced on my 2015 BMW X5). The staff was so nice. They even offered us a loaner car and offered suggestions on what we should do with out extra day in Memphis. If I lived in Memphis they would get all of my business!!

As a first time BMW owner. There was a little sticker shock for some of the repair costs. Dr. Bimmer did all of the work fine. No complaints on that. The initial customer service was excellent. When I recieved the initial report. It took a while to get the estimate for approval. The estimate didn't quite match up to the report. Again, not a big deal. One call cleared that up. My only complaint was the follow up service. I had to call to get the updates that my car wouldn't be ready by the estimated day. Overall, no complaints about the quality of the work. They performed everything I asked of them very well. Just a little lacking in the follow-up.

I should have watched a video before I took my car for service , I used this company in the past, always paid the expsive fee, the guy Mike owner caught me off guard around Christmas eve talking more issues, I gave permission to fix even though I told him it sounded very high price for simple fix, called him One day later telling him I will fix it my self, his response was "you already signed the ok" my response was" you don't the parts yet so what's up" he said to late u can pick it up this Friday, Friday rolled around no text no call, I waited a whole nother week until the next Thursday, finally a text, come get your car , if you don't storage fee of $50 per day, I wasn't gonna leave a review because I am very familiar with universal law, these guys are rips, I assume they make most ther
