Oil change and a new engine filter: Don't let the name fool you.It will take a lot longer than a five minute break..it was OK. I went on a weekend.So I was third in line of three lines. I did not mind the wait.It was new to me. Very professionally, Kam showed me the engine filter.And I agreed to replace it since it was a reasonable fee.And I know the car traveled far through multiple states this last fall. I was satisfied with the pricing after applying the small discount $15, i wish there was a better coupon.Because seniors need to watch pricing.Very carefully. I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The team was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing while working on my car. I came in for an oil change and also had my engine air filter replaced, and they did a great job educating me on why it needed to be changed without making me feel pressured. The guy who took care of me, Nick, helped make the whole process smooth and welcoming. Overall, the service was quick, informative, and very professional, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fast and honest service.

Been going to take 5 for a few years and this time is the last time. They spilled oil on my radiator and don’t clean it off. They left out a screw on the air filter box and didn’t tighten down one screw at all. I returned to show the technician the issues and he just said sorry. He couldn’t find the missing screw and offered to install and oversized screw which would have possibly cracked the air filter housing. I had to go to the dealership for a new screw. All this poor workmanship tends to cast doubt on their quality of workmanship. A year ago they stripped the threads off an oil pan drain bolt on my daughter’s jeep compass. That cost her major bucks to repair. Seriously, go to Walmart. It’s cheaper and they do better work.

They were all so friendly and did a phenomenal job! Nikita greeted us annd carried out a great conversation and the general manager finished the oil change and radiator fluid flush with us. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
