I had an oil change & an engine cover in November 2025. I know I had an engine cover because I replaced air filters myself. When the snow & ice came, I put in 0 degree windshield wiper fluid so it would not bust. That’s when I discovered no engine cover. I kept forgetting to call but did two days ago and talked to a nice guy on the phone about it. He came back on the phone after asking mechanics in the shop if one was laying around. No luck. I assured him I haven’t had this vehicle long and have only had it serviced twice. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he would call yesterday but no call. Sadly disappointed in the lack of care or interest and that I can not trust them to even return my call much less the engine cover.

My Mom uses this place often. She took my car in because it was smoking. They said a valve was leaking, which there was a leak, I have it under my carport. They quoted me over $500 at first, then said the labor was wrong. It would be $400 something. I had the car brought back to my house. A friend is having me buy a 20 something dollar part at auto zone and is putting it on for free. Hopefully they respond to this review. Us women, who don’t have someone handy, are scared to be taken advantage of.

I have used these guys for years now. My car, my wife’s car, my two daughters cars, they’ve even helped me with an old muscle car that’s been in my family since it was new in 1970. I trust them, and believe they are honest and diligent in their work, whether it’s tires, repairs, service, or restoration. I think of the entire staff as trusted friends.

Honest and competent, what else do you look for when choosing a place for service work. The whole staff is great!
