Dr. Spotless Car Wash

I’ve held off on a review and given this place chance after chance over the years. It’s progressively gotten worse. Which is shocking because the bar was low to begin with. Things don’t work, money is stolen without services distributed, and I personally hate any car wash that uses only their tokens or card. With a laundromat next door it would be a no-brainer to allow quarters, as I can’t be the only one who intends to use their leftover laundry quarters for a car wash. But after today, I’ll go out of my way just to not give this place any more of my money. Put aside the fact their automatic car wash doesn’t actually wash anything off. They need to change or sell this place to someone competent enough to run it.

I'm only giving 2 stars because for once I could actually smell the good fresh cleaner smell. For the first time I paid $15 thinking I might actually get a good clean, but instead I was left with the same crappy job as always! You all need to step it up or step down because this is a crappy car wash every single time I've been here and that's why I always do it by hand. There's always something either way. I was actually going to go somewhere else, but this is on my way so I thought I'd give it another shot. DONE! I would post a picture of the huge berry spot on my window that the carwash couldn't even handle or the DUST just dust on the back of my car, but can't because no option. I would love my money back, but I'd be lucky to even get a response.

The automatic wash is good for a quick run through. It does not get everything off of the car, so don't pay the $20. The jets do not change height for different types of vehicles. The pressure seems like it could bust a window out. Hasn't yet but I quit going through the automatic for that reason. If you wash your car yourself it is better but when you switch from one chemical to the next it takes about 10 to 15 seconds, but so do other car washes. The vacuums were okay.

I went through the automatic was and paid $12 top wall my car and it did not even get my car clean. And my windows look the same add it did before i washed it. Then went to vacuum my car and the vacuum would not even vacuum up. It turned on but not really any suction to pick up. Not very happy. Spent $13 all together and i waisted my money.

Owner takes excellent care of his equipment and property. Everything always works properly and is clean and well maintained. Great prices. I don't spend my car cleaning money anywhere else.
