D&R Tire and Auto

10/10 will be back! They were so incredibly accommodating of my crazy schedule, got my vehicle in and done in time frame that I needed. They communicated well and explained everything well! Above and beyond in my opinion ❤️

I being my company car here every month for oil changes and tire rotation. If there is anything else wrong they inform us before repairing. They are the most honest shop for auto repair in the area. I recommend them to anyone that needs honest auto work.

Went here about a leak on my truck .. they assumed the issue based on physical appearance I’m guessing .. changed some hoses and charged me about $600 . They did not wait to see if it was still leaking they took my money and sent me on my way way only for the issue to get worse! I took it back and they charged me another $260 for another assumed hose. This did not fix the issue either. They never changed a part and took the time to see if their work fixed the issue. Took it to another shop and they figured out the issue with no problem, and kept it an extra day just to make sure there were no other leaks!!! Me personally I do not recommend this place at all !!!

They are very friendly and they respect you this is the Best tire and auto place I've ever been I would recommend this place to anyone

I can’t say enough good things about D&R Tire and Auto. When my alternator went out, I figured I’d be stranded without a vehicle for days — but these guys proved me wrong. They jumped on it immediately, diagnosed the issue, and had me back on the road the very same day. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the professionalism and honesty. They explained everything in simple terms, gave me a fair price, and treated me with the kind of respect you don’t always get at repair shops. No runaround, no upselling — just straight-up good people who know what they’re doing. If you’re in Jonesboro and need auto work done, stop searching. D&R is the real deal. They’ve earned my trust and my business for life!
