Very pleasant experience from the initial call to my interaction with the tow guy Tony. Tony was very patient and took his time with loading and unloading my truck, as to not do any further damage to my truck. I am very pleased and appreciative with his service. Towing is always a bit pricey, but they’re a great company to use.

Absolutely the best service! My car died because of a bad alternator. Tony diagnosed the problem quickly, and handled everything efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for better help—highly recommend Tony! Great customer service, fair pricing, and Tony was truly a reliable help when I needed it most. I’ll definitely use them again!

The service was GREAT! They picked up my car within 30 minutes. Tony was phenomenal and gave me information regarding the problem I was having with the car. They were very professional, courteous and affordable. They even sent me pictures of the car at the destination when they dropped it off. I highly recommend!

The vehicle breakdown and tow that I had to deal with and go through was the absolute best that I've ever experienced; and you say "How do you have a joyful car breakdown" , well let me tell you: From the start of contact, "Tony" w/Dr Wrecker LLC, eased my comfort level of dealing with the breakdown of my van and gave a quick accessment of problem. He showed great concern by making sure that I was okay and seated comfortably, since I had to accompany the vehicle. Wow to the great 👍🏽 conversation and I Thank God👑...the first Roadside Tow Service company "Unique Towing and Recovery" flaked out on me by being a "NoShow" 🤨 , I never would've had the encounter 🫡🌟 Tony delivered with such grace 🕊️and care!!
