Dream Clean Car Wash

I want to extend a thank you for a supreme job done on my car in an emergency detailing so I can sell the car within an hour and a half of bringing it into them.. They went above and beyond and I was able to get my full asking price from their efforts. David and Mario keep being awesome and flexible with peoples needs, you guys knocked it out of the park.

Terrible experience! My FIRST time here, and was yelled at by the attendant not once, but TWICE for not moving up fast enough. There is an arch at the entrance that advertises the membership, and because I took 2 seconds to read it since there was only 1 car behind me, the young man started yelling aggressively and flailing his arms. When I put my window down, to ask him what he was saying, he started to yell even louder that I needed to learn how to read the signs that say move up. When I got to the area where you put your car in neutral, he started to yell at me AGAIN yelling why I can’t read the signs to move up and who knows what else because it is loud. I've been going here for quite some time. My most recent visit has left me questioning about the rude attendant by the start of the wash. The check-in attendant is super friendly. Reading the comments, it appears the staff knows about the issue and ignores it. This is actually a good wash and cleans the car, quite well. Vacuum suction is good but telling the customer off is not a good business practice. Update: I stopped by the office after my wash and it was empty. A visit to the detail bay confirmed the lack of activity. My sole point of contact was the check-in. attendant.

Came to get a car wash, with the intention of getting a membership if the visit went well. As you can see, I am giving it a one star. The attitude, rudeness and lack of respect from the attendant who helps you align your car as you are going into the car wash was beyond the worst I have ever received. I read some of the reviews prior to going in for the car wash, and I thought to myself it can’t be that bad right? No it is, picture the worst customer service you have witnessed and multiple by ten times. Will not be trying this place ever again.

Many car washes have monthly memberships these days. I prefer single wash payments. Their lowest wash just increased $2 to $7. Wish their self-serve line was easier to navigate.
