Absolutely love this place! I recently purchased a used vehicle and had some issues arise. Jeff took care of me right away. Not mention is super helpful and transparent every step of the way. I really appreciate the all around service!! The team is super friendly, honest, and most importantly competent and really knows their stuff. They make the whole process easy and never try to push anything unnecessary. Prices are extremely fair, service is quick, and I always drive away with peace of mind, which is priceless to me. I’ve already recommended this shop for my sister and her car is running like a champ now! We’re both happy with our cars! I Highly recommend coming here for all of your auto needs. I’m so grateful to have found Drew Street Auto Repair Shop! From the moment I phoned in, they took the time to really listen to what was going on with my car. Instead of brushing me off, they asked questions, made sure they understood the issue and explained things clearly. That alone made a huge difference. Instead of jumping straight to an expensive fix, they worked quickly to diagnose and resolve the problem, and the turnaround time was impressive. What really stood out to me was their honesty and fairness. I’ve always taken my car back to the dealership since I originally bought it, but during my last visit there, I felt taken advantage of. They quoted me nearly double what Drew Street Auto Shop ultimately charged for the same repair. That experience caused me to lose trust in the deal

I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change, my car needed it. So I called and they were able to get me in the same day. When I showed up the front desk worker, whose name I forget, was super helpful and polite. There were drinks, chips, and cookies out. While I waited the staff was running around being busy and they didn't stop working. Even with the bustling work flow of shop they stopped and checked on me and update me about my car after a couple minutes passed by. I highly recommend this place. The service is 5 star across the board. The price was higher than expected but the staff did some more stuff to the car than just the oil change but provided instruction into why it was needed and asked me before about the add on before doing so. Absolutely fantastic service. They listened to my concerns and performed the work quickly at a reasonable cost. Talking to Jeff and Randy I could tell they really care about the quality of service they provide and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. They replaced my rear brakes and rotors and checked on a leak I had from my transmission. Even helping me out with car lingo so I can take my car back to the transmission shop I used for the replaced transmission. Awesome guys. I’ll be talking all my cars here from now on. I brought my 2015 car here for a second opinion after a local shop wanted an excessive amount to replace my a/c compressor. Randy was so nice and although he had a lot going on, he made time to get me a new estimate. I had the car repaired and the other Randy (ha ha!) kept me informed of the repair timeline. It all worked out great and my a/c runs great! Thank you guys! It’s nice to find a trustworthy auto repair shop with a heart.. and a great price!
