Driven Car Wash

Came on 05 Mar 2026 at 1720 and you guys need to teach your initial technicians a little thing about consent. The young gentleman who went by Kyle ( had dreadlocks ) repeatedly pressured me to sign up for the subscription. I respectfully told him no I do not sign up for subscription services and he continued to attempt me to sign up for the service instead of processing my service. Completely inappropriate customer service interaction. Also the wash was okay, mediocre at best. Loud music at the vacuum was also annoying. Edit: wash also left whorl marks on my vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and go to woodmans up the road. Not spending 500$ a year on a subscription service.

I’m really happy that a new car wash just opened in my neighborhood! My area used to feel almost empty, and I always had to drive far just to wash my car. Now I’m so relieved because this new place is super close to my home. The service is great, the place looks clean and modern, and it makes my life so much easier. So glad they opened this business here! Also staff are very helpful and friendly thank you ( Tim ) for the amazing service I appreciate you ..

I have monthly subscriptions for several vehicles. Car Wash is good with issues on some vehicles. Free compressed air and vacuum is a plus. Cars come out clean and washed well. SUV with flat back not so much. Full size yukon rear is never clean when exiting. It gets hit with plenty of water, but brushes don't touch the rear of the SUV, see photo. Again the regular cars come out clean. Your experience may differ but beware for flat back suv's

Niko D is awesome! The carwash experience was good. Until.. I went to vacuum. Moving forward you may want to stop having sales people moving about while customers vacuum their cars. The reason I gave 5 stars is because it’s not the staffs fault that they need to sell memberships. Just be aware that from beginning to end of cleaning out your car you will have multiple people come up to you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The car wash quality is really great, the staff is friendly, and the car comes out very clean. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place. I just have one small suggestion: allowing only one wash per day doesn’t really make sense. The car can easily get dirty again on the same day. Especially for customers with unlimited plans, multiple entries per day would be much more fair and convenient. If this is improved, the service would be close to perfect. 👍
