Rivian

So far, one star. I had two recall issues with my 2025 R1S. One was fixed with mobile service but the other had to be done at the service center. Took off a Friday from work to take it in. Also had an issue with the heater blowing cold air all of a sudden for several minutes and then back to warm again. The one star so far is for the loaner. Paid over $100,000 for this vehicle and was told by the friendly service tech checking me in that Enterprise had full size SUVs “equivalent” in quality to the Rivian that I have. Instead, I got an old Mazda CX5 that rattles, was filthy inside and smells weird. This isn’t how you treat customers. With our previous BMW or Porsche or even Lexus we’d get an equivalent or better vehicle to drive. I’ve been a Rivian fanboy for years and owned one for a ye

Tried to bait and switch me on my trade in! I was offered $33,880 for my trade-in, I accepted the trade in offer and moved forward with putting a deposit down. Once the deposit was placed, they changed my trade in offer to only be for $30,000, claiming it was due to the title. I’ve now wasted 2 weeks with this company because they pulled this shady stuff. I would not recommend them

Great customer service. Kept me informed throughout repair. Paid to also get a tire rotation because great guys.
