I choose D&S because they were recommended by my insurance company. They were kind and helpful, updating me regularly during the 3 weeks that my car was in their shop for collision work. I would use them again, but only give them 4 stars and not 5 because of two miscommunication issues within their shop, and their cash only payment preference. My first concern with communication was when I received a call from one of the D&S workers who called to discuss the progress of my work, which I appreciated, however, when I asked about the windshield replacement, he was unaware of it needing replaced. I explained that it was on the original quote provided to me and to double check it, which he said he would. I got rear ended at a stoplight a couple weeks ago. I had damage on my lift hatch all the way down to the bumper. I took my vehicle here and I got it back two weeks later. They were fast and did a wonderful job. My vehicle looks brand new. And the ladies at the front counter were nice and amazing. I appreciate the good customer service. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a great experience with this auto body shop fixing my son’s car. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I especially loved the text alerts, they made it so easy to stay updated on progress without having to call. Harley and TJ were both fantastic to work with. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service!

D&S did a great job on my car after an accident that wasn't my fault, they handled everything with the insurance company including my rental car. The work they did on my 2021 Chevy Traverse was quality work and provided us with updates along the way. The day that the accident happened we knew D&S would be the best choice. Harley, at the front desk is very nice and understanding. Also, estimator, Max Phillips, is very very nice and took time to explain the estimate. We would choose D&S again.

I had just bought my car and was in an accident because some lady decided to blow through a stop sign! Was able to get my car in at D&S the following week and the service was amazing. The communication with Harley, TJ, and Gideon was great. I ALWAYS knew what was going on with my vehicle. I just got my car back and I’m very satisfied with the work that was done! They even give you papers showing all the parts that were bought and said they come with a warranty. Great service and great employees. Would definitely recommend them if you need any body work done!
