Set up an appointment a week ago to have a back glass put in drove an hour to get there walked in they had no appointment set up for me she’s like idk what happened after I gave her my information again I see why she didn’t write it in her appointment book she just wrote it on a piece of scratch paper like no wonder it got lost they wanted me to come back another day and have a new appointment uhh no you messed up my appointment you’ll probably do it again I called another company right down the road nearly the same price and he drove out to me and got it installed way better service at the competitor would not recommend them to anyone

We started at the show room and Susan showed us the glass that she recommended for what I was looking for everything went very smoothly very Friendly bunch of guys they answered all of our questions and the glass looks beautiful beyond my expectations we are very happy

We had a break on one of our double leaded glass front doors. Douberly was able to remove the door and repair it saving us from having to purchase a new expensive door. GreatService. They were willing to come out at nighttime help us. We highly recommend them. Jack Cribbs

I was given an estimated time for the work I ordered which was never completed after two weeks I had to pack my things and the work was not done I just wasted my time
