Ducky's Car Wash at Shell Sausalito

I went to this location to get a membership for Ducky’s. I was told that I would not be charged again if I did not go onto the website and create an account/add my card. I ended up not using the membership again, so I never bothered going online to create an account. Fast forward six months and they’ve been charging me $40 a month for the membership without my knowledge. I contacted the manager/owner, and instead of offering any solution he refused to give me a refund, referring to the contract. This review is not to say whether he should have given me a refund or not. The point of this review is to call out the manager/owner for not doing the right thing. I paid $240 out-of-pocket for one car wash because his employee failed to give me accurate information.

I’ve used this car wash numerous times over the years and never had such a terrible result. Granted I paid for the basic wash but felt like the car was solely washed with water since I had so many dirty spots remain—took me about 15 minutes using one of their rags to clean them off my roof and hood. An associate came to check on me but said it would take numerous washes to get those off—not true. I could see maybe one or two remaining, just not the volume I had. Looks like I won’t be going there any longer.

I started coming to this car wash a month ago and haven’t stopped. I drive my car a lot so it get dirty ball the time. The offer $30 monthly memberships and you can bring your car at any time it’s a great deal. I usually bring my car once a week. I’m nice you go through the drive through it’s self serve you vacuum your car and clean your interior. They have clean towels and 4 vacuum stations. If your like me that wants to keep your car clean at all times I recommend you get the membership and come to Ducky’s.

Good value join the montly club to achieve best performance wash price. Not a full serve wash, self serve vacuum and dry.

I LOVE this car wash!! I have the unlimited monthly plan and it is so incredibly worth it. Every single employee always has a smile on their face and is so kind! They always remember me which makes the experience all the better. My car is always spotless and I’ve never had any issues with damages at all. 10/10 experience every single time! I always highly recommend them to everybody
