I recently just got off the phone with Fernando. It’s about 7:50 p.m. local California time. Obviously after folks have a long day pretty amazing to get incredible service. He helped me find the right part number on a power steering pump. He went and beyond. We exchanged phone calls twice on the same part. I thought I would bike over to the store as my work truck is down to get the part I thought was right. He let me know that the part that I wanted to get was probably not the correct one and that he would for sure order the correct one, but I was welcome to come over anyway if I wanted to. On his advice, I double checked the specific way the power steering line bent and discovered he was right that the part in stock would not have worked so he saved me a trip and gave excellent service.

Fernando and Daryl were awesome. Super kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with a coolant leak.
