Excellent experience with Marin Mobile Mechanic! Rick, the owner and operator, did great work on my ball joints. Even after a minor hiccup with the size of the joints, he was able to order and receive the correct size joints less than 48 hours later, which was before any other shop could. He finished the job in a timely manner doing fantastic work. Friendly guy who communicates very well. If you are in Marin County, Rick is the guy to go to for your auto repair needs.

Rick was an amazing help with my Subaru. It had an issue with the transmission & he was able to fix it at a great rate. His communication was clear & consistent throughout the process. Highly recommend him ~ added bonus, he has an amazingly sweet dog who tags alongside. Thanks so much Rick!

We were on a road trip when our dashboard lit up, the power steering locked up, and the ABS braking gave out. We tried calling several shops including Marin Subaru and Subaru roadside before we found Rick at Marin Mobile Mechanic and they all said they couldn’t see us until next week because it was 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Rick came out in the pouring rain with the best attitude. He found the issue and soldered the wire on the spot and got us back on the road in no time and he did it all in the rain for a price that was beyond fair. You just don’t get service like this anymore. If we lived in the area he would absolutely be our go to mechanic. All around great guy!

Called Rick on a Sunday for broken heater hose connector and within a few hours I was up and running again. Good and dependable service, and a nice guy.

While passing through Marin from Colorado we through a serpentine belt on our truck and camper on the 101 heading towards the Golden Gate Bridge. We googled roadside repair and Rick’s listing popped up. He answered the call him self and said he could be there in 20 minutes. He called back after doing a little research and let us know he was going to pick up a new belt as our was a one time use, thumbs up for doing his homework! He was still on site in 30 minutes and had us on the road in an hour. He was great to deal with and brought his dog Cowboy with him to keep us company while he worked. Highly recommend.
