I purchased a Ford Transit van for my business here and the quality of the vehicle was more than I expected. I paid it off in 5 months and I am back looking for another one specifically at this location. This will be my go to place to purchase vehicles.The staff are so kind and knowledgable. Had an absolutely FLAWLESS experience shopping with Will at Duluth Autos & Trucks. I told him what vehicle I was looking for & my non-negotiable details (under 70k miles, has be black, & a few other things). He showed me a few options & even went to a few auctions to hunt down some vehicles. He gave me more options & I decided on the truck I liked most. Paper work was 20 minutes max & they catered to me during the whole process (Provided food & drinks). I’m obsessed with this truck & im extremely happy with the entire experience. Highly recommend.

Don’t not buy from this Carlot repeat don’t not buy from this lot. They are very unprofessional have no direct lines of contact use different cell phones to run their busy. Cars are over priced i purchased a car 17k after all paperwork they asked for 22k in all on a 15 car with over 100k miles along with 5k down 750 a month drove for 1 month and started having transmission problems. Will lie telling u they will work with u if cant make payments just communicate as i did so work got slow got behind one payment and last pick up payment then they repossessed the car without any notice, then offered for me to pay the total of 22K to receive the car back instead of having to pay what I owed

Stay away. These people poor quality vehicles at high prices. Not to mention, they go to speaking in their language as if Spanish is not taught in school (wrong). Denied to accept payment stating computer issues in order to proceed with a repo order. Do not buy from these people. They are crooks in stilettos.
