Duluth Car Wash and Quick Lube

When this car wash first opened, I added the listing here on Google! I really thought the equipment was well-maintained as well as people were pretty nice and friendly despite being busy. This car wash isn’t super close to where I live but my cars are always cleaner and shinier when I wash them here. As a former car wash owner, I strongly recommend this one.

⸻ ⭐ (1 STAR – DANGEROUS SERVICE & ABUSIVE STAFF) I had one of the worst and most unacceptable experiences I’ve ever had with an automotive service business at Duluth Car Wash and Lube. After a routine oil change, my truck began leaking oil heavily, leaving a large puddle underneath the vehicle. This is a serious safety issue that could have resulted in engine damage, a breakdown, or an accident. This clearly shows negligence and lack of proper inspection. When I returned to report the issue and request accountability, the situation escalated in a shocking way. Employees became aggressive, verbally abusive, used profanity, and made threatening remarks instead of addressing the problem professionally. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I’ve been coming to this car wash for the past few months, and it’s a huge step up from my previous subscription. I discovered it by accident after visiting the Valvoline Oil Change shop, which is conveniently part of the same property. I got an oil change and emissions test, and they threw in free basic washes with both services—a nice bonus! The auto servicing was quick and efficient, and the car wash itself is modern, advanced, and spotlessly maintained. If you stop by, I highly suggest paying a little extra for the interior cleaning—it’s totally worth it. Jamie and the crew are outstanding: skilled, friendly, and super attentive to your needs. This place is a well-run operation from top to bottom. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! I visited this car wash for a full cleaning and also took advantage of their oil change service and the experience was outstanding. The place is extremely clean, which gives a great first impression. The staff was very friendly and professional. They clearly explained the services, pricing, and estimated wait time. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back.

A great place to get your oil changed because it comes with a free basic car wash. They've always been speedy.
