Duluth Car Wash

I stopped by today to vacuum my vehicle. After putting my coins in, the vacuum never came on, and I couldn’t get my money back. This place is very poorly maintained and has worn out equipment. Clearly, no one works there except when it’s time to pick up the money. Vehicle owners beware!

Dangerously rusted and unmaintained equipment. A lot of the water was leaking from the ceiling thus cutting most of the water pressure from hose - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! GO ELSEWHERE - ANYWHERE ELSE IS SAFER AND BETTER EQUIPMENT!

As others have said - this I the WORST 'pay & spray' I think I've ever been too. Took a shower from the leaky pipes and hoesin the wash bay. And as others said, the vacuum doesn't work either. Sucks, we need one of these, and there are 0 other 24 hours washes around, but I won't be coming back here.

This place has turned to crap. The wands don’t work or put out a very weak stream of water. Wanna know why? It’s because most of the water flow is coming out the connection in the roof! I had to leave because I believe it was dangerous to use. The connection where the hose comes into the ceiling looks likes it is about to fall out of the ceiling. It’s a very dangerous situation. I won’t go back. I would advise you too stay away as well.

Let me add that i ran into the manager there and let him know of my dissatisfaction with the car wash. He told me the wands were broken over the weekend and he didn't know anything about it. Pointed out 2 bays that were leaking and told him they were dangerous. He once again stated that it happened over the weekend and that he just now saw the leaks. After seeing some other posts here concerning the exact same issue, i dont think he was being honest with me. He also told me that the car.wash was closing in a month, because they are building townhomes on that property. So, purposely deferring maintenance on dangerous equipment, because they are closing.
