Dun-Rite Trailers

Terrible experience. Absolutely terrible. Too much to post. In short, 700$ wasted. While in the process of them trying to figure out what was wrong with the wiring, they blew a fuse on my husband's truck...the owner told him he had to replace the fuse himself. They never figured out the problem with the electrical/wiring. I requested a call back from the owner, but he never returned my call. I feel Dun wrong is more fitting, from our experience.

I recently purchased a used boat that my pickup should've had no problem towing, but I felt like I was trying to tow an anchor. There was also a slight squeal coming from trailer as well. I called Dun-Rite because they were highly rated on a different search engine. Jim answered the call and quickly gave me confidence that they would be able to handle whatever the problem was. When I pulled into their lot I noticed there were a couple of other boats that other people were trusting to Dun-Rite. Jim himself met me in the lot before I was even able to put it in park. He personally walked around the trailer to inspect things that would potentially need repair. We walked into his office and he gave me a rough quote and said it would be ready by Friday afternoon. I stopped in there last week to discuss the work on my gooseneck trailer. I expressed my concern about the down time and that I need to have it back by Thursday or Friday morning. I dropped the trailer off on Monday afternoon so they could inspect it and start on the things I wanted done. Jimmy stated that they would have the work done by Friday morning. They went above and beyond to make sure that the trailer was ready to go. They kept me up to date during the repairs and the trouble they were having getting parts. Again they assured me that the trailer would be ready to go. Sure enough I received a call that the trailer was ready to go Thursday mid-day. It is very nice to see that a company stands behind what they commit to when they say the job will be ready to go. Thank you to everyone

Based on my previous review I was somewhat disappointed that it was taking super long to get my trailer I ordered in July of 2021 for my new Dingo and attachments. But Gina and Julio have made it right and my understanding of the supply chain issues have been cleared up. I will recommend this business to anyone looking for a custom built trailer.

My old flat bed hay trailer needed break and light work. Excellent communication, clearly cared about safety and doing a quality job. Parts are no longer available and they still came through for me! Thanks guys!
