The customer care was outstanding. They fixed my tire by removing a nail and patching it and in the end with no charge!!! As a new resident in Moseley va we are pleased with the community/customer care we received. Thank you.... because this is what builds repeat customers... It's not cost although cost is important it's customer care that makes a difference in where we go for service. Thank you Clint for taking the car straight back and being upfront and honest. Scheduled an oil change for my wife’s vehicle right before the Holiday. On the day of the appointment I arrived a bit early as I had another appointment to get to. The staff took my SUV back early to get to work and ended up finishing early to allow me plenty of time to get to my next meeting. They also completed a complimentary tire rotation. Very pleased with the service. Much quicker and more efficient than dealing with the dealership. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent experience as always! The staff at Dunn Tire are A+!! They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous in making sure my needs were not only met but exceeded. They took me in without an appointment and finished within a couple hours. Thanks to everyone!!

Customer service, good prices, quick turnaround. In a world where I'm constantly choosing two of the three, Dunn Tire allows us all three. I'm thrilled to have gone into the shop and got 4 new tires before we got all this ice! I'd like to point out that the fella named Ben Watkins went out of his way, possibly working on in his day off, to make sure I was safe and well accommodated. He found me great tires at an amazing price. I never feel "sold" or pressured for services I didn't need. I guess it about trust for me. Dunn has earned my trust, my recommendation, and my repeat business.

Very wonderful, efficient and kind people working at this establishment. I brought my two cats in with me which usually gets mixed reactions from business owners, but here they literally held the door open for me and kept up pleasant conversation for the entire time I was there waiting!
