From beginning to end, Steven walked me through the entire process, including an initial free consultation outlining the general breakdown of ceramic coating my car. The weekend to drop off my vehicle arrived and I received periodic text messages from Steven notifying me of where he was in the process. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the images he sent me did not do justice to the excellent work completed (see image)! Back in May, I brought in our family vehicle—a large one that had seen better days. I wanted to get it back in shape, and wow, did he deliver! He brought it back to life, adding a ceramic coating that protects for five to six years, making it look brand new again. I apologize for not leaving this review sooner; I’ve been meaning to! We have a 2021 white Platinum trim Ford Expedition that we routinely wash and keep clean but called Steven to discuss options for detailing it. He came to our home to look over the vehicle and thoroughly inspected it and let us know what he thought about its condition and the options for detailing inside and out. We decided on the basic detailing inside and out. Making an appointment at a time convenient for us was super easy. He was great at communication at every stage of the process, keeping us abreast on when the car would be completed and finished it right when he said he would. The finished product was immaculate!
