Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I recently visited this car wash for their Halloween-themed drive-through, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The attention to detail in the decorations and setup made it a fun and memorable event for the whole family my kids especially loved it! The staff were friendly, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly. On top of that, my car came out spotless. We’ll definitely be returning highly recommend! 🎃🚗✨if you get the chance check out this car wash!

My son had recently purchased a 2025 Kia K4 GT line. He had the car less than 3 weeks. So needless to say the car wasn’t in need of washing until 2 days ago, and I encourage him to try Tommy’s! That was the worse mistake I could have done! Keep in mind this is a brand new car with ZERO blemishes on it, before he took it through the automatic car wash. Afterwards, as he goes to vacuum his car he notice scratches in his paint in various spots throughout the car, and and on a black piece that’s connected to the back window a long scratch, none of which was there before he took it through the car wash. I immediately tell him to get an employee and point out these blemishes that were caused by their car wash, he tells him he can’t file a claim on it but he will have to let his team lead know an

I mainly only come here out of 1) convenience and 2) it seems a little bit more high-tech than the other surrounding touchless car washes. The employees are pleasant as well. My real only complaint is that the car will still come out of the wash soaking wet, but you have to pay for anything to wipe the car down or clean. Usually the back tailgate is also still fairly dirty even for the most expensive wash. This probably won’t disuade me from continuing to come unless I find a less expensive wash for the same quality.

Kole has helped make my experience today at Tommy’s express a cheerful and informative experience as well as putting me in a good cleaning mood. I would 10 out of 10 recommend that y’all try this car wash.

Went there for car wash great for removal of snow and salt. They clean under the car. They were the only ones open. Carpool was closed. Carpool has gone down tremendously.
