It’s been months and my truck screwed up again. You call ahead of time because you live an hour away and bought the warranty you can’t get ahold of anyone. The finance manager from both stores is awful to get ahold of and you may leave messages but he will never respond, owner covered the first repair because they sold me a warranty that said it would cover all aftermarket parts and now they are trying to get out of it.be careful with there warranties. I called in advanced because the transmission output speed sensor is popping up and the hood struts are bad and already nailed me in the head but that’s cool. I had a breakdown in Caldwell ohio and had my 23 escape towed to Dunning Ford. Dunning Ford looked at my vehicle the very next Day and discovered that the transmission had failed. They ordered a new transmission and cooler right away and kept me informed on what was going on. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them highly. Everyone I talked to there was respectful and professional and went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of.
